About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital
Product Manager for the Analytical Cloud Product to enable adoption
of the google cloud product within Wells Fargo. Role will entail
interacting with customers of the product and enabling secure,
sustainable, and extensible Cloud capabilities and products to
foster a product-oriented culture.You will support the building of
capabilities and work across teams to ensure the CTO organization
delivers the product suite that empowers developers for enablement
of Cloud services and strategy, establish a product vision, and
prioritize features against business value and need. In addition,
you will assist in the communication of business value, define the
metrics for success and measure the progress. The capabilities will
range from foundational capabilities to capabilities that are
related to Data, AIML as well as capabilities in the areas of
security, FinOps and policy management. Role will need you to
prioritize the customer requests into a product backlog as well as
provide support to the customers to adopt the capabilities once
released.In this role, you will:Leverage domain expertise in large
transformations, Risk and controls, Agile, to design and build a
portfolio of fit-for-purpose Products for the CloudCreate and
communicate an integrated roadmap of requirement products with
dependency mappingCommunicate value proposition of the products to
various stakeholders using multiple channels (powerpoints,
confluence, JIRA)Define SLAs, standards, metrics, product offering,
processes, and evaluation criteria for all requirement
productsDefine and manage product budget/P&LBuild
cross-functional product team for delivery of agile
backlogPrioritize features for products based on customer
requirementsPartner closely with lines of business to understand
and translate capability requirements into product featuresCreate a
product support model that is integrated with internal support
constructsPartner with Enterprise Architecture to define product
architectureDefine an intake process for new product requests,
feature requests, and updatesHold weekly product reviews to dive
deep on product performance and explore ways for continuous
improvementDefine and deliver requirements strategy &
executionEnsure a consistent approach for all requirements products
and partner -with Line of Business Engagement leads to help
application teams migrate applications to CloudRequired
Qualifications:7+ years of digital product management experience,
or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the
following: work experience, training, military experience,
education3+ years of experience with Jira management, software
development life cycle and agile development methodologies3+ years
of Power Point experience in pulling together executive level
communication2+ Years of Confluence experienceDesired
Qualifications:3+ years of experience with on-prem or cloud data
and AIML technologies and solutions5+ years of experience in Cloud
implementations with one or more of the following platforms -
Google, Azure, AWS, Cloud Foundry, KubernetesFinOps Foundation
(Linux Foundation) Certification or 3+ years real-world FinOps
experienceKnowledge of Cloud native architecture, Cloud tooling,
DevOps and latest trends and practicesCertification in Google
Cloud, Azure Cloud or AWSExperience managing all technology
development efforts of a major line of business -Ability to
effectively partner and influence at the senior executive
levelSignificant experience leading complex technology initiatives
in a large and dynamic segment of a financial services
organizationDemonstrated vendor negotiation and partnership skills
along with experience working with technology offshore vendor
relationshipsDemonstrated prior experiences in effective engagement
with senior executives and external regulatorsAbility to
effectively drive and lead change in an organization with Wells
Fargo's size, scale and complexityAbility to develop technology
strategy, operating model & roadmaps with clear objectives and
aligned with business, enterprise and technology strategiesProven
experience as a highly effective leader with credibility from
demonstrating strong business and technology acumenHighly effective
decision-making/critical thinking/problem solving skills with a
collaborative and results-oriented leadership styleDemonstrated
ability to consult with key business partners and translate
complex, technical concepts so that they are clearly understood
