Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite
Pay Rate: $37.50/hr
Type: Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent

Joule is currently looking for a Project Manager. This is a hybrid position to where you must on be onsite at least 3 days/week. The candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree and at least 2 years of managing CRCs and other projects within the clinical research industry.

Overview
Manages multiple less to moderate complex clinical and lab services projects from study initiation through contract completion. Applies solid project management and leadership skills and experience in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. Oversees cross-functional activities to ensure compliance with pharma services plan and overall clinical objectives.

Responsibilities Manages multiple less to moderate complex clinical and lab services projects within a program from initiation through contract completion. Primary point of contact to Pharma customers.
Manages tactical coordination of timelines for all projects and functions within CDx Pharma Services
Develops project plans, establish and coordinates timelines for assigned project and functions
Organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the clinical research projects on schedule and within budget constraints; maximizes project resources.
Guides and manages information flow between team members, business development liaison, senior management, and the corporate client. Interfaces with resources outside the company, including Contract Research Organizations (CROs), site investigators, client counterparts, etc., and serves as single point of contact with clients.

Experience
2 years of project and/or clinical trial coordinator/management experience in a regulated, CRO, diagnostic, and/or pharmaceutical industry with regulated documentation - REQUIRED
Experience with clinical trial management and biosample (clinical testing) management and quality assurance - PREFERRED
Experience with projects that require rapid activity/milestone achievement - PREFERRED
Previous experience with standard project management process (PMI) desired - PREFERRED
