Join the Gryphen SPS team and make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities!We are currently hiring for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) at our Chandler and Tempe Meaningful Day Center. As a DSP you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by working as a team member assisting with daily living skills, attending community outings, teaching skills to improve independence, job coaching, employment and more.Summary and Responsibilities

• Center and Community Based Activities
• Member Transportation to and from home as well as in the community
• Position is Part Time, 31 hours per week or less; daytime hours, Schedule to be discussed Monday through Friday
• Position serves individuals with developmental disabilities by working as a team member assisting with vocational work and job coaching, daily living skills, and more
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policy and proceduresQualifications and SkillsSerious inquiries only please. We will only be contacting those candidates that currently reside in the Phoenix Metro area.
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
